Tom Northrop
As the Founder and Principal of Gimel Professional Services (GPS) Tom brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience to the company.
Tom, as an adjunct professor, has taught courses in Cultural Geography & Human Resources at Mary Baldwin College, James Madison University, Currently, Tom is the Vice President of Membership for WTPF, which is a Business Forum for HR Professionals in the Greater Washington, DC Metro Area.
Tom is a former Officer in the US Army and was:
1) a Magistrate for the 25th Judicial District in the Commonwealth of Virginia
2) a past State Vice-Chairman of the Virginia Employer Advisory Committee
3)a past Vice President of the Waynesboro/Augusta County Leaders for Tomorrow.
Tom holds certification as a:
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute

Matt Huffman
Matt Huffman is a systems strategist and AI technologist with a focus on digital enablement for professional services teams. He brings a blended background in law enforcement, health and fitness leadership, and automation architecture to his consulting practice.
Matt has developed expertise in motivational interviewing, team development, and high-touch service delivery—skills that translate directly into his work supporting coaches, consultants, and HR professionals.
Matt is the Founder of MultiplAI Growth Systems, LLC, a consulting studio that helps coaching firms, HR professionals, and executive consultants scale their work through automation, AI-assisted tools, and digital delivery infrastructure. His work complements mission-driven experts by building the systems that make their work repeatable, scalable, and accessible to broader audiences.
He specializes in:
- Automating outreach, proposal, and client on-boarding systems
- Creating branded materials, speaker profiles, and client-ready content to support coaching and advisory work
- Developing training materials and curriculum frameworks for scalable program delivery
- Repurposing expert content into reusable formats to expand reach and efficiency
